Rover Scouting is for young adults who are 18 to 26 years old. This is the most senior Section of the five Scouts Canada Sections. Rover Scouting helps with the transition from adolescence to adulthood and supports young adults with their integration into adult society.
The challenges for young adults of this age are many, including figuring out what they want to do with their lives, doing well in school, getting a job and being successful at it, navigating relationships, transitioning into adult life and responsibilities, and seeking to make an impact in society. Rover Scouts provides young adults with a program and a support system to help them achieve their personal goals within groups of like-minded individuals.
If you are considering joining Rovers, there is no registration fee, and our group has a very supportive fundraising plan to ensure the activities are available and affordable.

On my honour;
I promise that I will do my best,
To respect my country and my beliefs,
To help other people at all times;
and to carry out the spirit of the Scout Law.
A Scout is helpful and trustworthy,
kind and cheerful, considerate and clean,
wise in the use of all resources.
The Rovers uniform is comprised of a shirt and neckerchief ("necker" for short) with a woggle to hold the necker together at the front. The necker, woggle, and uniform badges are supplied by the group, but the shirt is the responsibility of the Rover.
We often do group bulk purchases that save on shipping, so please enquire with the Scouter team before ordering.
