Through the Award, young people are learning to lead and develop the skills they need to navigate change, build resilience, and create positive habits. Offered in three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold, the Award aligns well with the Scouts Canada model including Plan-Do-Review and the youth-led approach to personal development.
