Join more than a million 14-24 year olds around the world who are stepping outside their comfort zone by participating in the Award. Through the Award, young people are learning to lead and develop the skills they need to navigate change, build resilience, and create positive habits. Gain an internationally recognized accreditation that is valued by governments, businesses, and educational institutions around the world.
Offered in three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold, the Award aligns well with the Scouts Canada model including Plan-Do-Review and the youth-led approach to personal development.
